Find Duplicate Appointments
Scans every calendar for appointments booked for the same pet, on the same calendar, within 90 minutes of each other, with a matching service — the pattern seen with accidental double-bookings like the KC import duplicates. A different same-day service (e.g. a Bath alongside a Grooming visit) is not flagged.
Choose a date range (optional) and scan to check for likely duplicates.
Find Duplicate Contacts
Looks for contacts created from an inbound Facebook or Instagram message with no phone or email on file — these show the pet's name as the first name, not the owner's, so matches are found by last name — and checks whether a contact with that same last name already exists. A shared last name isn't proof of the same household, so nothing is merged automatically: review each match, then move any pets over and delete the empty shell contact, right here in the app.
Scan to check for likely duplicate contacts.
Customer Cleanup
Finds contacts with no phone number and no pets on file — likely old leads or incomplete entries that were never real grooming customers. Scans in the background and lists results as it finds them; stop anytime, or let it run to see everything.
Scan to check for contacts with no phone and no pets.
Legacy Name Check
A contact filed under a pet's name (e.g. "Toby Lesser") is normal for records from the old system — nothing to fix there. This instead flags contacts where the legacy "Pet 1 Name" field doesn't match the contact's own filed name, which normally mirror each other. A mismatch usually means the import mixed up the owner's name and a pet's name for that record, which can make the owner impossible to find by their real name. Nothing is changed automatically — review each one and correct it in the app.
Scan to check for contacts filed under the wrong name.
